I realized that my problems were coming from how I've always acted. I neglected and pushed away people who cared about me. I only thought about myself. I hoarded things. I even lied and stole things. I started changing my behaviour to the opposite of what I'd always done. And people treated me differently. Much better. And that made everything easier.
